Shipping guide
Delivery within Colombo 1-15 will take 2 to 3 Business days from the date of order
Deliveries outside Colombo will take 3 to 5 Business days from the date of order.
Orders placed during public Holidays / Weekends will be dispatched on the next Business day.
Delivery charges LKR 500 PER ORDER

Returns
- Returns are eligible within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Contact us through Instagram or email at helloammiro@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds
- Upon receiving the return items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the required conditions. Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you and initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

- Sale items
